Fox wanted to celebrate the 12-episode release of 24: Live Another Day in an explosive fashion, so we set up a three day shoot outside of the Staples Center that gave Hollywood a run for their money. StudioBooth West had a two-part, Jack Bauer-inspired activation that took fans from a harrowing zipline run captured by helmet-cam to devastion in the streets of London!
Dos Equis - New York, NY
StudioBooth celebrated Cinco de Mayo in Dos Equis fashion, bringing Dos de Mayo to New York. We started the day off in White Plains where we had a lunchtime fiesta, then hustled down to Manhattan for cocktail hour. The GIF Booth was colorful and there was no shortage of sombreros, mariachis or maracas. Viva Dos de Mayo!
Absolut at Coachella - Indio, CA
StudioBooth descended on Indio for another year at Coachella. The arts and music festival draws an eclectic crowd (90,000 over two weekends!) with 184 musicians and God-knows what sort of hijinks happening behind the scenes. We created a Light Painting Booth for Absolut and Little Sun, giving festival goers a chance to explore their creative sides by painting with solar powered lamps. These kids had energy to burn! We captured all the action and the artwork over two long, crazy weekends.
JBL at Coachella - Indio, CA
StudioBooth and JBL teamed up for another year at Coachella. We’ve learned from the past that it can be difficult to get these youngins to stand still, so this year we let them go wild. We had the Video Booth rolling from start to finish and caught all the twerking, bouncing and some other questionable moves.
NBC The Tonight Show - Philadelphia, PA
StudioBooth headed down to Philadelphia with NBC to bring The Tonight Show to the City of Brotherly Love. Jimmy Fallon took over as host this past February and NBC wanted to give fans a chance to sit in the hot seat. We set up the Greenscreen Booth and worked our magic to capture some moments that would fool even the sharpest of eyes.
Strongbow - Houston, TX
StudioBooth has had a blast in Texas the last couple of months. Between SXSW, the barbeque and some great gigs, the Lonestar State has treated us well. We wanted to thank our Texas friends with something special, so we teamed up with Strongbow to unveil our latest innovation, the 360° Booth! Yet another concept crisply out the gates for this spring, the setup captures everyone in mind-bending fish-eye action. The images are added to galleries as scrollable interactive movies.
Amstel Radler - Houston, TX
For the past few years we’ve been running around the country with Amstel from burger battle to burger battle. Last week in Houston we celebrated the launch of Amstel Radler, as lemons and yellow took over the set. Amstel wanted a fresh photo shoot to mark the occassion, so we kept things crispy and light. Whether it’s hamburgers or lemons, Amstel always makes it feel like summer!
Puma - New York, NY
Puma has been with us since the beginning and we’ve partnered on many great collaborations over the years. This one however is the best yet! Our friends wanted something fresh for their NYC press preview so we created an entirely new concept. We redefined the GIF Booth with a background and foreground animation that changes independent from the image of the guest. Instead of a static background and foreground, the new concept takes on a whole life of its own.
