On Halloween, downtown San Diego transformed into the Monster Bash block party and StudioBooth was there with Dos Equis for an interactive masquerade. The XX Masquerades always bring out some great costumes and with San Diego being the home of Comic Con, we had great expectations. We weren’t let down! In addition to some impressive ensembles, we had a ghostly background that surprised some and startled others. Look closely … yeah, that’s creepy.
Phish Halloween - Las Vegas, NV
For the fourth year in a row, StudioBooth spent it’s Halloween with Phish and their eclectic fans. This year, we headed to Las Vegas where we had three Booths set up at the MGM Grand to capture all the costumes. Fans uploaded their photos to Facebook and the costume with the most likes won tickets to the Phish New Year’s Eve concert. Phish fans are always creative and super enthusiastic, this years crowd was not to be outdone.
Inc. Magazine - Phoenix, AZ
As StudioBooth Video grows in popularity, we’ve found that in some instances it’s better to slow our roll in order to catch those magical moments. This was the case with the Inc Magazine Awards Ceremony in Phoenix. These entrepreneurs had so much energy we had to use the SloMo Video Booth to capture the celebrations.
Dos XX Riot Fest - Chicago, Denver & New York
As Summer gave way to Fall, StudioBooth stayed in the spirit by showing up strong to one last music festival. Riot Fest took us from Chicago to Denver and back to New York with Dos XX and The Most Interesting Man in the World. Even in the chaos of a punk rock lineup, Dos XX keeps it classy with a leather couch and portrait of the bearded gentleman. However, the enthusiasm of the guests at times stole the spotlight.
Perrier - Brooklyn, NY
StudioBooth was back in the neighborhood for the launch of Perrier’s limited edition street art collection. Perrier collaborated with three artists from around the world to redesign their packaging for a limited run. Sasu (Tokyo), JonOne (Paris) and Kobra (São Paulo) incorporated their own style to bring a fresh look to the iconic bottle. Perrier threw quite the party at the Colossal Media warehouse in Williamsburg where StudioBooth had a psychedelic set and some very colorful models. This was one for the books!
PUMA x Sophia Chang - Brooklyn, NY
It’s always nice to bring a little StudioBooth action to the neighborhood, so we were psyched to turn up in Williamsburg with PUMA for the Sophia Chang launch. We had the GIF Booth poppin' with an animated background that featured illustrations by Ms. Chang. Our man Khairi always puts on a good show for PUMA and this was one for the books. Boardwalk Empire - New York, NY
StudioBooth has been taking center stage at the Boardwalk Empire premiere parties since season 1. Because season 5 will be the last, we knew this year’s party had to be big! We teamed up with HBO and some very talented production designers to capture the largest Boardwalk yet. The cast and crew got to hang out on an elevated replica above the dining room in New York City’s Cipriani while we had the old school 8x10 camera snapping away.
Lichdom at PAX - Seattle, WA
StudioBooth brought our CGI mastery to Seattle for the release of Lichdom Battlemage at PAX. Lichdom wanted to get fans involved, so we designed a Booth that not only put the guests into the game, but gave them special powers! We recreated sigils from Battlemage and worked our magic to allow guests to use fire, ice and lightning.
