Comic Con took over NYC and all the cosplayers came out of the woodwork. It provided the perfect time for DreamWorks to celebrate their new Voltron series on Netflix. They hosted an afterparty at Bushwick's Be Electric Studios. Being DreamWorks, we couldn't just do any ordinary activation, so we set up the Array and created Voltron graphic rivaling the guests' costumes.
ZEFR, a technology agency that creates online video content for brands like Netflix, Target and Nintendo, is at the forefront of the industry. They understand digital content and know what works, so naturally they wanted StudioBooth Array on hand at New York's Marquee for their AdWeek afterparty. The funhouse theme gave us an opportunity to show off our custom graphics skills. We created moving artwork to give these 3D GIFs an extra punch.
StudioBooth and Comcast Xfinity brought The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to Chicago. With the help of our Green Screen Booth, we put guests into the hot seat. Snapping selfies and cracking jokes, everyone got a chance to sit down with Jimmy for a one-on-one.
The buzz surrounding StudioBooth Array has already begun and we've only just launched it! New Era asked us to team up with them in Philadelphia at the Made In America Festival. This one was quite exclusive as we took the Array backstage to the artists lounge where we photographed performers, their entourages and a few of the groupies that sneaked in. The background was a wall of crisp New Era caps and some big guns included DJ Khaled, SZA and the legendary Jay Electronica.
Sephora had a launch party at New York's Highline Ballroom for their new campaign, Beauty Uncomplicated. As with any event that brings out the cities fashionistas, a GIF Booth is essential in capturing the night. You can't go wrong with the origianl StudioBooth GIF Booth!
StudioBooth Array made it's New York debut at a Lower East Side party thrown by our friends at Puma. New Yorkers know what's hot and they lined up for the Array like it was an open bar. We added a custom motion graphic of the NYC skyline and had Puma confetti on hand to add a third dimension. Keep your eye open for the StudioBooth Array ... it's blowing up!
After countless hours of building, testing, tweaking and perfecting, we took the StudioBooth Array for a test drive at the Osheaga Festival in Montreal. H&M wanted us to outdo ourselves from years past, so we showed up with guns blazing. No activation came close to what we were doing. We had a constant 100 person line, 12 hours a day, 3 days in a row to create their own 3D GIF. For extra spice, we created three animated backgrounds playing on H&M's boho theme. It's safe to say big things are coming ... the photo booth game just got changed!
What's more American than the Minnesota State Fair? Blue jeans perhaps? We closed out Summer with two things that make America great, a good pair of denim and a weekend at the Fair! Silver Jeans wanted a photo activation to create digital postcards for festival goers to send their friends. We showed up with the Greenscreen GIF Booth to take these Minnesotans from the Land of 10,000 Lakes to the ocean!
